As a professional multimedia trainer and author for more than 10 years I have taken under my wing a diverse range of clients from governments and blue chip corporations to fledgling graduates straight out of university. My own very personal approach to training regards each person as a unique individual with different problems and learning abilities. This is the foundation on which I base my whole training philosophy. Your training is important. The way you are taught will influence your entire working methodology and subsequently your performance at work. This is far too critical to leave to chance as one of a number of delegates in a mixed classroom or being taught by someone with dubious knowledge or teaching skills.

In my training courses the buck stops here! You wont be confronted with sales people or trained by someone who freelances as a trainer a few days a week. From the moment of your first enquiry I am personally responsible for assessing the correct route for you by analysing your skills and needs and if necessary writing the appropriate course specifically for you. After I (or one of my small team of equally qualified colleagues) have trained you, you are still able to contact me personally for up to six months after the course with any follow up or support questions you may have.
